Essay Contest
The Essay Contest is
open to boys and girls in 7th – 12th grades. The contest is designed to express to students
the importance of soil and water resources and how they are linked to providing
food and clean water.
The theme of the 2012
Essay Contest is “Why Soil and Water
Conservation Is Important To My Future”
The essays will be judged on the local district level with winners
sent to the area level. The state winner will be selected from the five area
winners.
